1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for appointment bookings and related payments made through the EasyMedy platform. By making a payment through our platform or integrated payment gateway services including PhonePe, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • The appointment booking was cancelled within 7 days of the original payment date.
  • A duplicate payment or technical payment error occurred.
  • The doctor, clinic, or healthcare service provider cancelled the appointment.
  • Payment was deducted but appointment confirmation was not generated due to technical failure.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by EasyMedy.

3. Registration Fee Policy

A mandatory and non-refundable registration fee of ₹30 is charged at the time of booking. The ₹30 registration fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment cancellation
  • Patient no-show
  • Technical issues
  • Payment disputes
  • Rescheduled appointments
  • Voluntary cancellation by the patient

4. No-Show Policy

If a patient pays the full appointment amount but fails to attend the scheduled appointment:

  • The remaining eligible amount, if applicable, will be refunded to the original payment method within the standard refund processing timeline.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellation requests submitted after 7 days from the payment date.
  • Appointments marked as “Non-Refundable” during checkout.
  • Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation.
  • Incorrect information provided by the user during booking.

6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during the transaction. EasyMedy reserves the right to refuse refunds where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
